Is anybody else having issues with NPCs not counting or showing up again after a kill?

My energy is gone, the NPC is gone, but the kill is not counting for the goal and after I kill one, another one does not pop up until I go back to the map again. I'm on 4/20... really, I'm just doing the quest for the boxes & for heck of it, but I'd like for it to work, at least.

I haven't sent in a ticket (yet) or tried reinstalling. I have the feeling that something is going weird with Game Center, too, but I haven't figured it out... ugh.

Update: (sorta) It works if I log in twice after switching accounts on the same device... I guess. *shrugs*

Game center issue again. What helped for me:
- Switch to another account with game center
- close game
- open game
- directly close game while loading
- force quit game
- open game

Then I dont have the issue anymore.

^^ yes, this helps but a pita to log in and out and in again, especially when log in can take 3-4mins.

^^ I tried this but the NPC either didn't show up or the kill didn't count. It might work for other customers tho.

You dont have to wait til you're logged in. Just start the game, wait a few seconds (while game is loading ZzzZzzzZ) and then close the game.
