Take a look at your cash and respect weapons in the store.

The respect weapons that cost 400k are gone and the cash weapons that cost the most also appear to have vanished.

Just looked. The ones I bought heavily; ARX60 Rifle, Mourning Star, Navy Seal Gear, Nerve Wracker, and Street Blade are all still there.... just further to the left than previously. :)
