EB Ultimate resetting goals

I'm having issues with the last stages of the ultimate goals 10/10 of 29/30 reset itself to 0/30 anyone else experience this problem. Happened on 2 of my linked accounts now. With one resetting to 2/30. For the amount of experience points gotten to get this would have been nice to complete it.

Support are really slow at replying to tickets nowa days but understandable with the shortages.

This goal will reset if you get defeated and have to come back to defeat the boss.

It's probably the same reason I just started getting double strikes from hitting the boss

On my Androids, I try to remember to log back in to check because sometimes a boss would show in the goals list with the time passed as if it spawned right after I closed the game. On the last boss event, I think this costed my final ultimate prize because it reset 10/10 just as I was getting into the multiple hits level of the boss and to have to redo 10/10, would take me deep into the multiple hits levels and maybe impossible by the time I got close to finishing 10/10.

yep, -52% before get a +5% reduction an goes to -55% got to love Gree math

It wasn't a glitch - 10/10 was kill 30 MORE bosses

Yes that could be the reason, and I have also noticed that boss summons can be very slow so if you don't a minute or so the boss my turn up and be missed.

So in theroy. If the boss is summond and not touched and times runs out its classed as a defeat. Maybe that's been the case with me. Been unaware the boss has been summond but that does make a logical reason why this has happened. Thanks all for your advice. To be honest its alot better then support. As there is no reply from a previous ticket. Looks like its gonna be going back to the old days for a reply form support.

Should've only been a 2.4% reduction for you. Be happy you saw 3% and not 2%
