Makes total sense. Seeing as the biggest pack is rainbow (1800) you woulda had to buy at least 9 of those (according to how many you SAY you bought), so you would have noticed a lot sooner you werent getting your gems. But hey, if I spend $200 on an item and it doesnt appear I just do it 8-9 more times to make sure, makes complete sense.

Still, there's something odd about this post, as the largest packs available are 800 or 1,800 gems afaik. 1000:nope.

@Jason no other way other to file a ticket, the groups are like a desert, Gree can't afford enough customer service staff to maintain all their web activities anymore.
