Extra guild/member roles

Not that this thread will ever be read, nor be executed, but it's worth a shot:

With most guilds I've been in, I noticed the problems with only the Guild Leader having the ability to kick members, buy bonusses etc. Sometimes there are occurring things and fast action is required, so it would be nice to get these things done without having to wait untill the Guild Leader wakes up.

Is it possible to get another role in guilds, like a 'guild trustee' that can kick members and buy bonusses, so:
- Guild leader
-- Trustee
--- Officer
---- Member

Best thing to do is rotate GL, if it's that important.

The Forum Knights used to do this with much success.
(...until their guild was stolen by a disgruntled co-leader.)

Just an update on FKG, I'm currently GL and we share the role as needed. FKG merged with some awesome people and we are doing well. The officers are motivating, hard working and fair.

another option is to allow 2 or more co-founders in a guild. this would also protect the guild in case the lone founder can't log in, disappears, etc

True, but you can't change founder during war. So if the guild decides it would like walls, the founder has to be awake and online or else you're SOL.

Agreed - it would be rather nice if there were an additional rank as described that could do some founder-type activities, only without the ability to dislodge the founder.

Back on topic, a second in command would be appreciated. Officers and Founder can pep up the team, but promoting and walls are tough when needed right away. (I know, coding but...) what about three or more officers within a time-frame (20 mins) can have the ability?

I agree, having 2 co-founders would be very helpful, especially during wars.
