Game keeps crashing

It's slow to open, keeps asking me if I want to download new data and the drone box event icon has disappeared.

Every time there is a mid event new data download I lose the ability to see the prizes, I lose my crates accumulated, and win blank prizes "X99" in boss events, also cannot see or purchase anything from the store. Oh and my A/D stats drop to 100K... every week.
