No top 3 frontline rewards awarded

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Several in our faction have not received these.
We also have issues of no carriers rewarded as stated in other posts.

No problem here you have to be top 3 in the entire war not just your faction

Not true - I am there and not receiving them - unless you are referring to when front line is over
