Omg, 15 minute RB kills not counting...Sirius please help

I'm seeing reports in chat rooms that the 15 minute Boss kills aren't counting.
There are many guilds trying to finish Normal and it's impossible without these bosses counting.

Sirius, please look into this

We have spent gems, completed timed boss, not won timed prize....lost faith in RB.
RB is now not being engaged as a result.

TPR, The Phoenix Rises, is trying to complete Heroic. We killed the 31/33, L95 15 min boss twice and it has not counted toward guild quest. Time is running out. Please fix this.

RB is really screwed up right now. We finished last night and got the 33/33 unit. Now we are currently going backwards. Were at 32/33 19/20 earlier and now at 32/33 17/20. Not really sure what's going on. The 33/33 unit is still in my inventory at least
