That probably depends on how much cash/respect/gold you have, what your weakest class of weapons is, and what your priorities are. Lazy bum.

try buying one,
if your stats don't go up, you aren't using it.
if your stats do go up, then it's your best(cheapest) item.
just for fun, I spent some cc cash to see.
based on mods, I went with more explosives.
I spent 2.5bil, and was able to jump the stats up, 119.9m on the attack and 54.2m on defense. but you would have to see top weapon in store to compare with your lowest weapon that's equipped to last mafia. I'm sure with this break between events, you can do a little inventory check.

The arrow indicators are on iOS as well. Beside the item you will see an arrow beside attack and defense or just by only one of the numbers. All just depends if the item will held your raw stats or not.

(Re: the arrows)... Well, they might be a "great tool" if one knew their meaning, but I never did (still don't).
So what do these arrows next to prizes and other stuff mean to a player?

It means the weapon in question is high enough to make it into ur 500 weapons (per category (gun, vehicle, etc)) that are brought into a fight or rob. If the weapon doesn't show the arrow, it won't affect ur stats

If the weapon doesn't have the arrow, it means you already have 500 that are better than it is, so don't buy it

If ur doing an ltq, you'll notice the first bunch of weapons don't show arrows....means they are pointless......sorry, I'm a few beers deep and trying to articulate what's on my mind regarding the subject.... is it working??

If you don't have arrows next to an item in the store then it doesn't make your top 500 items of that category. Check the gold items since I doubt u have 500 items of each category over a mil in stats

I am pretty sure that purchasing more than 100 of the same item will not help. Check with support on this but I think weapons will stop adding to your stats after being purchased 100 times

how does anyone not realise what the arrows are for? if that's too difficult to work out then sell your smart phone and go but a 90's nokia.

of course adding over 100 items can help you, if you have 150 items weaker than that item then all 150 will increase your stats.

Just buy 1 item at a time until you no longer see the up arrow. Problem solved!

in battle prize u dont have any arrows too.. pay for 0 Stats lol.....fantastic...

same on EB same on box event.. all have no arrows...

That's what happens when you release strong but CHEAP store items. In a few months 90% of our syn will be maxed on them.
