Did anyone else's epic boss just reset?

Same happen to me.
My "alt account" suffering this bug.
Now EB reset and I have to begin again lvl1 EB and blacksmith lost my armor(he crafted EB armor)

Edit: Im not sure if reward ring(EB 21) is still in my "warehouse".

And BTW...I use Beta

My main is fine, but my alt lost time, money(read armor) and he was EB 22-23.
I craft again, but lost time and energy.

The team is still diligently investigating the cause of the reset. I don't have an ETA for the fix yet, but I promise that if I hear anything new I'll pass it along to you all. :)

I'll prolly go with the former as the GREE team has been proven to be unreliable on many more occasions than actually being reliable.

There's a hotfix on the way to rectify the reset. More details to come as I get more info.

As a customer...I don't want to know what was wrong or can you fix it.

I wanna know how Gree compensate our losses and when?
Any tip?
EB+ armor and 80 energy? Only EB+ armor? Nothing?
Is our collection ended before we started?

Maybe you should, uh, give up on asking Relic because she is currently fired or in a nicer way, looking for a new job and filling out her CV/resume.

No armor or free energy?
I lost time(energy) and I was crafting armor.
I have to kill EB again, because of reset 23=>1
And canned response is all I get?

Did you expect any more from them? Sad to say, but everyone knows this is all you get and their customer service.... well, it's a joke to call it service.

I was only surprised...now its worse than before/ever.
