can I get help please with heroic stages

I have been doing the heroic stages since it started this past time and I qorked really hard to get the epic. Now that I only need one more shard crystal and 1 day left it keeps saying no network connection evwn though everything else on the game works. Can anyone help me out because I can really use the armor. Thank you

I'm with you here, the same thing is happening to me and a couple of other guild mates. I hope they fix the issue soon - I'm 6 fragments off completion.
