Has anybody seen the prize to finish this?
Is there an elite part after normal 15?
Any idea of the energy it takes?

I still have some refills I could use to finish an LTQ, if it has a decent prize (with mod).

Lol at prizes with mod. Unless things have changed, the only mods from LTQs come from the speed element.
