Can't finish mission

Can't finish comm outpost lvl 4 for months..... Last mission won't allow me to click on it. So I can't advance to lvl 5 ..... Ideas?????

I think you had to tap way away from the target to select it. Don't remember the exact location though.

I tried tappin on it around it left handed right handed but nada..... There has got to be a fix or sumtin

Is it that satellite uplink dish? It won't select on my iphone 4 but works just fine on my 4s. They both have the same game version so it may be the phone. When I came across this I just opened the game on an android tablet and went through that mission. I think there were other areas I had this problem on both Apple devices but right now, it seems to work fine on the 4s.

certain goal events seem to lock up, one of the boats on EMIR Island is same but u have to complete to get the +1 regen, as said delete/reboots device(iPhone) & reinstalled usually fixes
