I had emailed GREE a month ago to link one account to my main as they had different emails. They linked them opposites of what I asked and have yet to fix them after numerous emails. Does anyone know what I can do to get them to fix this? I have missed out on five events as I can only use them on WiFi.

Maybe Bolt can help you sort it out with Customer Service and get your accts how you want them linked; PM Bolt with your ticket number.

Sorry about what's happened. Yes, another email may be suitable after a month.
