myself and a few other members of my guild never received the war rewards from the Emerald War. This has now put us behind other guilds because our stats didn't keep up. This is unacceptable!

I finish day 1 indi (240 wins) and my goal shows 8/10 lol
sent pictures to support and "they are working on what happened"
still with the pictures I sent, I thought would be easy for them to give me the prizes I legaly won and update my Emerald goal
now I am still missing day 1 and the war 1 wrapper

Same for several members of my guild - would be great if you could look into this Bolt - would be great to know if this will be fixed or if all that didn't get the reward should send in tickets

It appears that you needed to log into your account during the 1 hour period between the end of the Emerald war and the start of the Sapphire war to receive the rewards that you earned during the Emerald war.

LMAO GREE... I FINISHED TOP INDIVIDUAL AWARD AND TOP 10 GUILD AND RECEIVED THE BEST AWARD EVER: --- NOTHING

75% of URD didn't get our war rewards.

Holy cow this is frustrating. How many points am I down this war due to missing rewards from the last? Does it even matter, given the low likelihood I get any rewards for the next war? Heck, nobody has even bothered to confirm I might need to log in at a very specific time in less than 2 days.

And it just seems wrong that I have to keep coming here and hoping some other player posts to work out exactly what was screwed up next. Not that I didn't blow 15 minutes restarting/rebooting/switching/etc all he same.

GREE simply doesn't bother to respect their player base.

I did log in between the wars and got nothing. Some of my guild got rewards, but none of my 19 toons got rewards.

No rewards. Guild finished top 25. I did log in (several times) between the wars.

My guild finished top 25. I'm from Europe. Logged in 2 hours ago after a night of sleep (yes I sleep!) and found 0 guild prizes for Emerald as well.
This thread started a long time now... COULD WE HAVE AN ANSWER FROM SOMEONE!!!

Answers seem unlikely inasmuch as the change to start times means any glitch reported probably goes overnight. OP clocked at 6pm for instance

And as usual, they go completely missing when asked for comments. Usually at this time, I moot the idea of calling in for refunds from Apple Support.

Regarding this problem of rewards not... awarded... could you, please, just ask the following question to your development team ?
Couldn't it be due to the way this game is written. To be more clear, I have "the feeling", rewards "memory" of a CoQ event is overwritten when the next one begins.
In fact, it's not a problem when there is a break of a few weeks between wars; a player is supposed to connect to get his/her rewards.
Big problem is when wars run back to back, like you did this time, and especially with these new events schedules you put in place and where most of players are sleeping...

What does it mean ?
If we don't log in during the 60 min break between wars, we don't receive rewards from the first/second war, and probably the same between the second and third one.


In fact... it's not a bug but a bad written software...
In fact no, it's a new "proof" about the fact your development team doesn't know how this soft is written

So, 6 days wars, gem sales at 20% (and not 40%), this misunderstanding of your soft... :rolleyes:

Having to login in the 1 hour break between wars to receive prizes is something that should have been communicated. But it boils down to bad planning and programming.

This is just their worst case of false advertising if it doesn't gets fixed.

It's a nice hypothesis, but I logged in sometime after the first ended. The second hadn't started, yet. No reward for me.

That is what always happens... some get the reward faster than others - you can see this after each battle. Problem is you only have a chance during this hour instead of 2-3 weeks as usual.

Not many in our guild are willing to spend any more gems in this war - wins not counting and no rewards for some at all - and still no reaction from gree.... perhaps they already left us :confused:

As an engineer I find it somewhat insulting to be compared on the same level as the "engineers" at gree.
With so many screw ups I would have long ago been fired.

During yesterday's mess up with war... And guild rewards not being given out to many players.. Thus hurting their stats for this war going on now...

I myself have an issue... Yesterday during the very first hour of the Sapphire Terror day 1 war... I COMPLETED THE ILTQ PORTION OF EVENTS! I HAD WELL OVER THE 240 WINS NEEDED TO FINISH THE INDY QUEST FOR SAPPHIRE TERROR... But NOT SURPRISINGLY GREE ONLY HAD ME AT 2/10 with 250 wins... I used well over 1450 gems to finish it right away and then would wait the rest of this war for legendary wars. I've sent NUMEROUS EMAILS WITH PROOF OF FINISHING THE SAPPHIRE TERROR ILTQ... AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS... IVE GOTTEN ZERO!!! ZERO DAMN RESPONSES!!! Again I'm not shocked !!! Plus this ALL HAPPENED TO ME DURING THE BEGINNING OF WAR WHERE THE WAR ICON WAS MISSING... SO NATURALLY I COULD GET MY WINS TO COUNT!!! Great system you have there GREE!!

I was given a phone number to Gree... So I called.. I actually got a receptionist.. Who told me that they don't answer phone calls and that I had to leave a detailed message with all info that was asked for...AND THEY WOULD RETURN YOUR CALL VIA EMAIL... And I did, yesterday and again today! And I marked them urgent... AND NO RESPONSES EVEN FROM THE CALLS.. Why do they even have a phone number???? PLUS DURNG THIS DEBACLE I COULDNT LOG INTO THE GAME FOR CLOSE TO 45min AFTER THE WAR ICON CAME BACK.... WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME... I realized my Gems were missing!!! All of my fooking gems!!!! And yet here I sit... Waiting and waiting and waiting... For HELP TO GET MY AWARDS FOR GUILD PLACEMENT... TODAYS INDY EVENT... AND MY DAMN GEMS BACK!!!

I'll give it time... But if I don't get all that back that I've earned???? I'm selling everything off my kingdom and QUITTING! I've been playing this game since the beginning... Made lots of friends and for that I'm truly thankful for... But if I don't get the prizes and my gems that I should have ? Why would I stay in game ?? It would be stupid of me and kinda like I accepted Gree's errors... Errors that happen EVERY EVENT! So I will quit game.. Won't send another minute playing...

Wow, this is depressing and sooooooooo PREVENTABLE if GREE would use just a tiny bit of QA/QC!

I'm sure you're not the only heavy gemmer leaving after this bugged-up, 6-day war.

If you are expecting Bolt to solve your CS related issue, you will be disappointed. Their job is not to solve the tickets, but only to make sure they are not overlooked. You would still have to wait for CS to get to your ticket which is based on the FIFO work flow. Might want to check your email, since that is where you will get the resolution response.

Bolt, received the rewards that I have paid for, along with similar positive news from the various KA community chatrooms that I am part of.

Thank you for your response. However, PLS carry this following message to Gree programming and customer support team.

1. Do some form of QC before rolling out the product, especially new formats that will affect algorithms. Gree is a large company with enough capacity to hire and fire. Programming teams rolling out consistently bugged programs should be on the chopping boards. They are affecting your bottomline. An analogy will be serving your head chef's newly-created signature dish immediately to your customers without first checking if it is cooked with proper ingredients (note That I am not mentioning prime ingredients, just basic proper ones) and most importantly PRE-TASTING if it leaves a nauseous aftertaste to your paying customers.

2. The current state of affairs in this sadly-limited game has been encouraged due to the fact that the programming team keep rolling out back-to-back events without any form of quality monitoring. It has festered to a point that the programmers running the program are just repeating similar formats over and over again. Effort had been added once in a while to create new formats and enhancing imagery. But THOSE are NOT KEY. What is truly foundamentally important is the need to deliver your promised product. Be it paying or non paying customers, we deserve to be expecting a proper and smooth product as a consumer. Sadly, I think I can safely summarise that for the past year, every single war has had its fair share of bugs. Non war events are not even being mentioned as war is the signature guild event in this game. In this, we are not even getting minimal service standards. We are players who are not too complicated. We understand there are problems and will be problems. But it is founds mentally wrong for paying customers to continually expect faulty products and being "reimbursed" subsequently.

The problem is at Gree's KA programming team. Do something about it. The team has failed to even meet very minimal expectations on countless, continual occasions. It, again, can be compared to commercial equivalents of fraud and non-performance.

BOLT !!! I'm STILL MISSING DAY 2 INDY !!! Sapphire terror!!! I COMPLETED SAPPHIRE TERROR!!! I SENT PICS FOR PROOF I COMPLETED IT!!! I FINISHED YESTERDAYS INDY WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR IT WAS UP!!! I used 1450 gems along with free hits mixed in ! I was WELL OVER THE 240 WINS and yet the Indy only showed me at 8/10 !!! GET THEM TO FIX IT NOW ! This IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!!!! GREE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT US AS CUSTOMERS AND PLAYERS!!

I COMPLETED BOTH DAYS OF THE SAPPHIRE TERROR INDY AND YET THE SYSTEM SHOWS I AM ONLY ON 1/10..... **** IT IM DONE...
