Anyone else having issues especially boats, don't seem they want to deploy.

Anyone else having issues especially boats, don't seem they want to deploy.

I noticed that. I deployed about 50 and 15 got returned. Luckly it did not mess up my goal. I think its because of the new update. Everything is moving slow.
