Just updated to latest version 5.2 now unable to load game loads screen shows my base game centre says welcome back then throws me out of game I'm on iPhone 5 OS 8.2 so from updating hoping to get rid of the crap pop ups and lag to even worse lag Unable to play game. Have deleted and reinstalled and rebooted device. Another fine Gree mess

Please send a support ticket in. Some of us here in the office updated and we have not run into issues so we will need more information to investigate and fix asap. Thank you.

There are only 2 ways to send in support tickets.
The first way is from the in-game support feature. The second is to create a support ticket on the web via here: https://games.gree-support.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Too late for me, can't get in or long enough for account to load. Tried to get in on iPad mini the same player, I have 3 accts, and now can't get into iPad mini either. This stinks!

I wrote a ticket. Also can't find my new LTB that was within 1 hr of finishing on all 3 accounts. No videos for gold, locked out of 1 account completely, other keep getting session error and throws me out. Can't get into 3rd account because can't switch between accounts with the one that keeps getting thrown out. Very frustrating.

I updated early on my iPhone 6 and regretted it. Nothing looked right. The game would load but there were display glitches everywhere. The game was unplayable and decided to take a break.

Later in the day, not sure but I saw at least 1 data push and not sure if another one a few hours later. I could be mistaken.

Now display glitches are gone, everything looks like it should be working and a few good things I have found so far:

1. COMMAS! I can see commas now in the stats which makes reading the numbers so much easier! They actually got this right and working in less than 1 year.

2. The "SPECIALS" under Inventory has been cleaned up!

3. My stats went back to normal to the way it was before downloading the update to MW Client. After the DATA PUSH, it seems to have corrected that "Display Glitch".

So far, those are the ones I have seem to notice so far.

If it helps to those locked out, uninstall MW and then restart your device before re-installing MW. Open MW and hope it does another DATA PUSH. I think that might have been the correct "DATA PUSH" that fixed my initial problem with the new MW Update.

updated last night was working fine load once this morning now nothing GrreeD dev's U R useless

please give as many I factions as u like

tried uninstall/reboot/reinstall nothing last thing I did before it crashed was upgrade hospital ship now game is in ICU !!!!!

I've noticed that the 'next goals' fix actually works without the new version of the app, so must be a backend update.

*edit* argh! looks like my app did update after all (but is working - for now)

Surely not, because they would have learnt last time it was a Game Centre issue. Gree always learn from past mistakes.

Doesn't seem to be any particular platform causing the issue. I'm on 5s/iOS 8.3 and it's fine but others on same iOS are having issues.

Scratcher is causing a crash into an endless loop and bricked iPad 2. At least when the scratcher barfed in the past it cleared itself and you could continue but now we are stuck in ground hog day.

Haaa you guys are inbelievable. Ok cleared the scratcher by logging in via non updated device, now the app crashes when I get to my base! Shakes head, WTF do you guys call beta testing, try a couple of devices and say it's ok? Unbelievable.

Worked on mini Air & iphone6, not working on ipad3. Loads, pauses about 3-5 seconds & closes. Very frustrating.

I have found that if you switch from WiFi to 4G, or from one WiFi to another WiFi (or to a WiFi repeater), the problem disappears until you try the next day or next time to reenter the game.

Another option is use bluetooth and link to another device accessing the game that way.

Sadly, that may have to be repeated the next time you attempt to reenter the game.

I submitted a ticket yesterday for the game crashing on load screen soon after the Game Center logo appears on my iPad 4.

I've done the typical, uninstall/reinstall and the issue still continues. Rebooted the device, still same problem.

This appears to be a similar issue when GREE added the Game Center last year when it locked out numerous players.

Zero response from GREE thus far, but I am anxiously awaiting a response AND solution.

Same issue exactly as described in the first post on a iPhone 4S running v8.3 software. I actually updated MW before updating the phone software (it had been sitting there in my queue for a while) and couldn't get in. So did the phone software update and got in first time - but only 1 time

I was locked out for over a month last time through no fault of my own.i know better now than to update anything on this game until the dust settles.lol!
Compensation?that was a friggin joke.players gained 3 billion A/D in that month,I got a few energy packs.good luck with that.i do hope GREE sorts it out and everybody affected gets back in!

Bolt, don't you guys do any testing before release??? For the same or similar issues (Game Centre) to keep recurring can only suggest that no one there is interested in learning from previous mistakes. Either that, or you have such a large revolving door of staff that it's the same mistake being made constantly by new people that don't know any better.

The build passed a host of QA tests. It has not been determined what caused this bug, I will share what I learn as things progress.

Well then, seriously dude, given Grees track record of bug laden releases, you really need to look at your QA tests to see whether they actually work..... Or were they designed by the same people that write the bug laden code? Makes sense.

No, the issue has not been fixed. MW still crashes soon after the Game Center welcome screen appears on my iPad.

Can you offer a few sentences on what prompted this update on iOS?
If you can, will you also discuss why no update for Android?

In the future, it would be very helpful if the entire community were alerted at least 72 hours in advance that an update was going to be made available.
You should also allow players to stay on the existing release for at least 30 days, or longer, if the update wasn't a "break-fix", or a critical "fix".
The thing that Gree often overlooks is allowing its customers to make their own choices.
Thank you Bolt, and I'm sure the community is interested in hearing your thoughts, and your company's position, if possible.

I have also encounter the bug. Crashes while trying to complete loading...WTF?
iPad3...

I made a choice not to update.

Turn off auto-updates if you want a choice. :)

Updated iPads continue to crash on scratcher or once cleared on a non updated IOS device. Loading is very slow.

The last time this happened there were two theories that I posted, one being that the app required to much memory to run in plus the problem of big bases with lots of graphics or a corrupt graphic.

It seemed to be prevalent with older accounts, no idea this time. The other thought was that this was caused by the app checking the account. Nothing was ever posted as to what fixed it last time but it took weeks to resolve and some may still be logged out.

Android is working sort of, on my quad core devices logging in is so painfully slow that the device goes to sleep before the app fully loads!

Needless to say I have pretty much said screw it to this game.

mines android it force closes on start takes multiple tries..cant raid any bases at all..cant visit any allies at all cant msg or gets stats off fac members list..
anything that involves a base... cannot be done.

Seems to be working on my iPads. But I think having a decent amount of free space is important at least 2-3gb to play it safe.

Why did we need an update just to get a new leaderboard and to fix a goal issue?

I couldn't get the per war aspect to work anyway and was expecting something new and exciting.
