Is there a community manager available to help get my ticket (2458750) resolved? I have tried to no avail to link my accounts to new device and I keep getting a message that the transfer code is no longer valid. I opened a ticket 11 days ago for a transfer and my ticket is still open. This is a simple request and I don't understand why it is taking so long.

Have they been linked previously? If so the game generates that error even though the time has not expired.
