Rivals list severly unfair

Recently I have leveled up to 194. Since I have, I have been raided and attacked non-stop by level 235-250 characters.

I think my characters stats are decent overall. Compared to those on the same level, I would say I am in the top 5%. But characters that are 40-50+ levels higher than me, is a little tough. Simply by being a higher level, they have higher skill points so their secondary numbers are usually higher. But fine, being raided is part of the game, you deal with it.

The problem is that I cannot retaliate to players of the same level. Yes, I can get "revenge" to those who just beat me, but why would I get into a war with someone above me. As seen in war, there are tons of "whale" level 250 characters out there.

How come those uber high levels can see all the way down to lvl 194. But my range is from 175-210? It should be fair for both sides. The guys from FiB and RK are gonna kick the snot out of me. But atleast allow me to recover by attacking and raiding lvl 250s that aren't in a top 3 guild.

Same here I was told that when you hit a certain lvl all members above can see you but you can't see them, yes unfair but that's just how it is, again my middle stat is high so I can raid a good number of higher lvl's but just run away from Top 10 guild members lol

How can you raid what you can't see though?
My stats are Lvl 194 - 111b / 240k / 10k Atk ... 115b / 225k / 4k def (good, not great, but works for my level in war)

On my news feed I have been raided by:
Lvl 238 - 171b / 309k / 9.5k atk - 197b / 317k / 12k def
Lvl 250 - 266b / 226k / 14k atk - 185b / 277k / 6.5k def
Lvl 238 - 135b / 275k / 13k atk - 117b / 248k / 5.5k def
Lvl 237 - 128b / 154k / 11k atk - 146b / 165k / 4.7k def

maybe I can raid back the bottom 2? Definitely couldn't attack them back. But how is it fair that they see me? And the highest I see on my rivals list is like 207? The only uber high levels one I will see will be from my news feed, and result in losses if I raid them back.

Looks like there is a new Whale Pool! ;)

GREE does this in all of their apps when the top gets too thin in order to populate the rivals list (RL) for the higher-level customers. The whales can see you on their RL, but you cannot see them on your RL.

Many will want to avoid leveling to L194 now if that is indeed where the water gets too deep.

The Whale Pool level will change up or down as needed without any notice, unless a customer posts it here like BeastMode did; thanks!

I don't think that would matter, as instead of level 235-250 toons with 525 allies, I would be on the lists of lvl 235-250 toons with 499 allies or whatever.

Again, I have ZERO problem with getting raided by these people. It is part of the game, so be it. My only issue is if top level characters can see me, let me see them. Not just the ones that hit me, but all of them. Higher levels usually = higher iph. So let me return the favor. Don't make it a one way street

I've seen top players since level 190(193 now) on my secondary account, and his stats aren't close to yours . Yes it is unfair that my 223 account can see low stat high level players that my 193 account can't see : I just wait for COK and kick their *** their: lol
