How much have you accidentlyly spent.

Please don't exagerate figures. But how much have you accidentlyly spent playing the game to help mods understand the scope of the problem. I have accidentlyly spent around 2.5vaults of gold, about 15,000 energy (conservatively guessing) by tapping on invisible guys or accidental taps, about 4 or 5 stamina refils. And about 3 health packs.

I did get refunded a vault as I accidentally clicked finish upgrade on a vault upgrade about a year ago as it did not have a confirm. The game was lagging and bloom lost all my gold before war. Didn't get it back till a week after war. (Back when I was a spender), I twice lost out to crates as they would pop up and GReE wouldn't refund me as its gambling that I accidentally clicked on. After having previously sent tickets to express my displeasure at gambling in an unrestricted age game.

Post your stories and please do as I have and estimate conservatively or post exact figures if you have them.

I would like in settings to be able to disable the gold spend. Wouldn't stop me from clicking on invisible npcs but it would save me the free gold I accidently spend every war lol.

I would say about a vault as well went to just spending because the game lagged. My biggest one was a building instant upgrade for like 225 gold. Did not get it back and all I got from support was "we're not refunding for that at this time" What the **** is that supposed to mean?

Never again. Whenever GREEdy refuses, I get compensation from other means and file a complaint and I know it does very little to fix things right away but it gets documented at least for future references.

Definitely less than a vault, maybe even less than half a vault. The only reason for that is that I never had a lot of gold on hand, so there wasn't a lot of damage that could be done. However, the amount I COULD have lost is probably 2-3 vaults, mostly from when LE units would pop up when opening the game.

Energy from hitting the wrong or phantom targets, or from hitting the correct one extra times because the last hit didn't register? Over 100k I'd estimate, but it's happened so much there's no way to be sure.

minimum of one vault max of 2.. same as you guys accidental upgrade finishes a couple purchase of units threw pop up windows some from the pop crate things and but the amount mainly to a couple building finishes/land expansions that lag made happen...as for refunds gotten a couple but not nearly what I should of gotten

Accidental unit purchase (I've done this twice and been refunded once, and had the unit taken back of couse)

Instant vault upgrade, was quite pricey but cant remember how much

Land upgrade, same as above

I brought a boost building and was charged 500 gold instead of 200. They say it shows I brought a 500 bulk health pack but I did not. I went from 1289 gold to 789 gold after I purchased the boost building. That is ridiculous. I ask if they could see I didn't get any health packs and I have not had any reply

Too many to count. I used to send tickets for accidental taps and each time I suggested a secure storage for gold that players can choose to use or not. Mostly, I got a refund but my suggestion was ignored. I would tell them it would encourage more gold buying but as it is, you are more insulated from the hassles of having to send in tickets with less gold on hand. About a year ago I gave up sending tickets for the hassle and now it's like, "Damn, you got me again. Oh well." And I move on with less gold.

in my game ive lost cough been robbed of thousands of energy stamiba and not been paid money valor units from.ltqs and events and recycling...

so much energy been robbed by invisible crud or by buuldings im no where near i cant even estimate.

energy goes when data drops so does stamina too... while wauting for a dang popup can lose both...

as for gold... rb eb box wd fl they all rob gold the pop ups so fast take frontlne i cant flipping deploy but run out of elites teying and the buy more popup is deliberately place over the elites and it takes a tap u never did and gold is gone with no refunds...

the entire game is fraudulent since first install making u see gold is faster and will.make ur base upgrade quicker even in the tutorial...

even the game now has loads of orange buttons from.box to collect all to get our brains used to pressing orange....


gree spend a lot of time developing ways to rip ppl off and refuse refunds but they dont fix simple bugs or even know how to add up in the store for over a year every single thing in the store the maths is screwed up.

if they made an are you sure button they would lose out on millions of presses players never did

gree has been asked for this for 3 years even from disabled people and people with disabilities and yet gree still discriminates against those people too and does not apologise or refund... yet its flat against the law and human rights ti discriminate against people with disabilities like all gree products known do.

Oh boy, way to much to remeber. In ltq trying to tap around all the moving targets gets quite hard, so have wasted many Taos on wrong targets, especially with the lag. I once deleted two of my villas on one of my games, when I was rearranging the base. On iPhone, everything is so small, and I going too fast, as I was changing everything, and trying to get it finished. Gree would not replace them, even at level one, and let me build them back up again. I have bought those ships many times in fl by accident, when you're in the middle of a big battle, especially with lag, it's easy to do because of placement of the buttons. Too many other similar things to remeber or list them all.

I think at this point it would not be out of line to ask for a moderator comment. Can you help us out bolt, you had a go at the NPCs which were bad again last ltq but it did get better for a few weeks at least. Please acknowledge the problem and help us to take steps to prevent further frustrations and increase the games playability. I know mods have very little power but an acknowledgement would be a start.

I have seen several admitting and somewhat encouraging request for refunds as far as I know none were banned however threads were removed shortly after. but in all honesty don't thnk it should be bannable offence since if gree gave a refund it would show customer support and sincere regret for an error they made
but that's just my 2 cents

My worst is 2 LE sets that I didn't purchase. I logged in and noticed 3600+ gold missing.

I sent a ticket asking where my gold went and apparently I purchased 2 sets at somepoint during the night (none of which even made my army) and was refused a refund because they were based on "chance" for the bonus unit....Because yea at the time you could have purchased 8 energy refills and gotten better than the units I received from the "mystery LE purchase made".....

There have been countless other energy and Health refills but that is the one that burned me and pissed me off to no end.

Is there an event or specific scenario where accidents happen more often? I have been playing Modern War, Crime City and Kingdom Age and I have yet to buy anything by accident. Admittedly, you have played the game far longer and tap faster than I do but I am curious as to where accidents happen as I have not run into this myself.

LE crates are the worst with the pop up splash screen as your guys don't give refunds on the gambling aspect of this unrestricted age game. Remove those pop up splash screens altogether Please!!!.

Accidently finishing timers like on land expansions and vault upgrades as there is no confirm.

Using gold instead of health packs during war cause the gold button is A couple mm away from the Heath pack. I do that at least 4 times a war due to hurried dash to a win at the end.

Invisible NPCs get me too for energy.

Yeah, in fairness the most common for me was energy refills, but I cant quantify how much I lost in the past because with the amount of lag you wouldn't notice that 10gold had disappeared.. I suppose individually tapping a waiting would have solved the problem but I dread to think how long that would have taken

Oh, I was taking my good old time. But you know how it goes. You make the tap, wait 4 or 5 seconds for something to happen, and when it doesn't, tap again. Then while waiting another handful of seconds you see the Refill pop up, then suddenly that disappears along with your gold. Oh GREE.
