This building takes 12 x 11 space
It costs (from buying until level 10) $23.75 billion!

So, we would expect an insane payout.
Turns out that the building is type B, so with a lot of building bonuses you might get paid $30-35 million at level 10 every 12 hours. Look, it's not the worst building - but the lower paying building also have a lower upgrading cost price.

All together, the space it takes, the price it costs and the bad payout; are you mad GREE? You wot m8? You want some? Are you actually laughing your ass off now? Is this a late April fools joke?

23 billion is not too expensive for me but the fact its only 30-35 million payout is really low. For that kind of cash upgrades would expect triple that or more.

I'm not sure about all of them, but the previous three were all type B and I've heard that the new ones are also type B. Can't confirm that though.
