Conquest attack bonus showing incorrect boost

Mods - please look into this -
My conquest attack shows plus 29%
It should be 48%
This does not include the temp potions that still show in our inventory that I know were specific to that war

My other account is off too :
It has 18 different items that offered a conquest attack boost that should equal +163% , but my boost is listed as 29%
