Cannot trigger boris

People in my gang cannot get the EB to appear (including me). Others can. I think that like 25 LTQ actions/robberies/attacks should be enough to get Boris to show when others get him for like 4-7?
Anybody else or are we doing something wrong?

Trigger is terrible for me. Takes me a ton of stamina and refreshing to trigger a single boss

I tap on Carmen Rivera in the first area then the button on the left side for the event walkthrough. If the boss doesn't show up, I repeat that. Usually takes between 1 and 5 tries.

What, pray tell, did you find "racist" in the deleted post? I felt I was, in fact, responding to racist assumptions by some of our other Forum cohorts in a satirical manner which may, or may not, have been accidentally over certain heads. Sorry about that.
