is any one else having problems loading the game! half are tam can log in not the war started and now no one can get in to fight.

Lots having the problem. Many people are turning off Game Center. Go through settings to do this. You will have to go through the tutorial again and retrieve your account. I hope you binded it.

Yes both my girlfriend and I have had connection issue on and off all day. makes for a tough FFB

What are you experiencing exactly when you try to play? Some people are seeing error code 100805 which is a Game Center network error. If that's what you're receiving then I recommend contacting Apple Support since it's on their end. You can reach them here: https://www.apple.com/support/contact/

I have finally retrieved my game again it took over 1.5 hrs. miss the first wars on both accounts

Agreed, but Relic's suggestion seems more reasonable, although Customer Service will almost 75% of the time have your ticket canned or overlooked and in that case you should PM Relic here: http://forums.gree.net/private.php?do=newpm&u=300792

Did you bind your account? Maybe filing a ticket might help although the chance them not canning or overlooking it is a 25% chance, although sending Relic a PM to look over it can ensure that it won't be overlooked completely.

Back in. After I signed out, I tried signing back in to Game Center, and just had the spinning wheel. After a few minutes, opened k&d again, and it asked me to sign in. I did and this time it worked.
