5 gunners for 500 gold wasted?

So because gree can't award at least 2 out the 15 faction prizes (9 and 14) they award me 5 gunners! For a battle I wasted 500 gold on and my other faction members also.

Gree awarded our faction 12/15 because the goal before did not drop. Be sure to always screenshot everything and send it to them, though this does not help all the time.

I did screenshot the winning pop up and the current goal yet the Gree advisor dealing with it couldn't be less helpful. However Apple will have no probs with a refund, and probably a vault not just 500.

You'd think that Gree would realise its in their own best interest to stop players getting refunds and just give them the pixels.
