Anybody know the building payout when fully upgraded? Thanks in advance

Do the math yourself. I'll help you with the algorithm.

Payout level 10 = base payout * bonus1 * (bonus2 & bonus3) * multiplier.

Base payout (level 1, unmodded): $80,000
Bonus1: goodfella bonus [only counts when purchased] = 1.1
Bonus2/bonus3: syndicate bonus [normally 50%] + individual bonus [individual payout prizes] = 1.5. NOTE: When you have an individual bonus of 10%, than the total bonus combined will be 50% + 10% = 60% = 1.6
Multiplier: building type B, so payout level 10 = payout level 1 * 30 [30 is the multiplier for level 10 for type B buildings]

So, really depends on what bonuses you have and how advanced your syndicate is. If you think this is too hard to understand, you can also calculate the payout for level 10 without any mods. The algorithm will be the following:

Payout level 10 = 80,000 * 30 = 2.4M.
