Hood designers

We've all seen the different maps with harbors, fields of grass, beaches... but all we get in our own hood is a gray ground with the same streets again and again. We can't modify it how we want it and we can't make a nice neighborhood so that it is original and different from others. I think we should have an option included in the decorations area where we can buy at least a grass or beach 'floor', and maybe even a 'floor' of water?! And maybe something more advanced: that we can modify the streets and buildable ground.

Give it a thought to the development team, I've been dreaming about this for almost 2 years now and I remember seeing something like this on YouTube; I think it was the Facebook version of Crime City?! (not sure though)
