FL and WD will add a minimal increase after days of tapping.

Does an ILTQ help me? I want to know.
How can I tell if it moves my stats or no?

This RBE raised my stats over 20% and it's not over yet. Iltqs - don't dew them. Fltqs I participate in, there's a little inter-faction competition. MW is old but I stll hit it and get a slight boost. FL is fun in a good faction. And good for stats also. I don't try crate/box events - you can get to 9 easy enough and then you stay there for 4 days.
