Alliance attack bounus, increase or decrease do not to work since the 25 new allies

I have an alliance size reduction of -4 and an alliance size increase of 7, but since the 525 allies exist i alltimes fight 525 against 525.
I dont now if only the number is wrong or if the bonus does not work any more.
Inedpendant if i raid old lv 250 players or new lv190, i never see my bonus working and not all will have 11 alliance points.
I think this is a common problem, have seen a lot of scren shots from raiding from different players, 525 against 525 more ore less all.

You are correct. This has not worked since we could increase our allies.
I think that Gree said it was "just a display error," but I don't believe them
