My in-game name is BC General. I am in an Android guild "BlueCollars", a top-250 independent guild.
We rely on the app "LINE: Free calls & messaging (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.naver.line.android&hl=en)" to communicate among members, who are all working adults (18+).

BlueCollars is doing OK in this 3-day war "Moonlit Massacre". We are at #102 and should be in top-250 this war.
We often receive LINE messages other guilds asking if we want a strip-battle. The answer is always No.
We simple don't strip our armors during wars (even though the maximum points against a stripped GM is 760).

With help from some friendly players, BlueCollars got our T25 reward the 1st time ever - ranked #17 in the raid (06/26) :)

I understand your dislike for Stripping. Unfortunately, it is a neccesity evil, if you want to finish in top ranks, you have to do it. Don't you think it hurts your chances?

Yes, not stripping armors hurts our chance of getting a high ranking. There is no doubt that stripping armor gives you the most points for your gems. However, choosing no-stripping is a conscious decision I make.
Last month, I helped a friend 's guild that is in an alliance. The very 1st battle of the 3-day war was a stripped/matched battle, I scored my minimum within an hour (760 points/win was so tempting. lol). The problem is that I got bored in the next 2.9 days :)

No plan for T50/25 in guild wars. We have been in T50 twice (were trying to push to T25 actually but failed short).
Currently, we focus on raids instead of guild wars.

We tried for T25 the last raid but failed short (#33) :(
In the last 3-day war, we ranked #70.
Recent guild rankings: #70 (3-day); #33 (raid); #269 (3-day); #45 (raid); #176 (3-day); #17 (raid); #123 (3-day); #72 (raid); #172 (raid)

Please come to check us out if you are looking for an independent / non-strip guild.
The minimum is 10K points in 3-day war and 1M points in raid (mainly Lv6).
The 24-hour wars are completely optional in BlueCollars because many of us work during the week.

Last week, 15 of our members helped a friend 's guild "Lords of Nurgles" (LoN) in a T50/25 raid. We ended with #24.
I consider BlueCollars a top-250 guild. We can push for T100 or T50 ourselves. However, getting T25 requires us to partner with other guilds, preferably small/independent guilds.
Currently, 90% of our members still prefer our guild to remain independent. There have been some discussions about joining an existing alliance (Empire, 3D, OTB,...) but the vote was always a NO.

If you are looking for an independent guild and enjoy non-strip battles, you are welcome to visit us for an event or two :)
