Is anyone looking to have a realistic merge talk?

The Italy 2 cycle proved that less people are playing and the factions that are hanging on have less members actively contributing throughout a cycle. Completing a merge seems like one of the better rebuilding options left if you want to continue playing at a competive (50-100) level but most I've talked to have a strong desire to hold onto the shell they have and be accepting of a full roster that doesn't fully contribute. If you are willing to openly discuss a merger where faction resources are fully considered and want to play in the top 50-100 hit me up. Looking to discuss all possibilities from merging 1 member to 40.

Hi! Know your frustration. We just flushed 10 and are down to 50 with some mini's that can be dumped. We have full stats, don't ask for gold or $. Just daily participation. We finished 250 last WD event with only 75% participation. We have large European component but also dedicated North American players. we are mostly 40-60 age bracket and use GroupMe ( a must).
