Help please with Boss Raid hits

I have two toons that I play. One of they have the following stats:

When fighting the boss in the guild event on a Force Attack toon One does 4,823,359,715 (4.8B) damage and toon Two does 5,934,121,280 (5.9B) damage. They are both in same guild so bonuses are nearly identical, if anything toon Two has bigger bonuses.

Can anyone help me understand this? It used to be that a Force Attack would do about 5x Attack Units value.

Raid boss damage is based on raw stats not boosted - plus some wacky % of hero strength skill points :
My two accounts are 4.7 bil & 17.2 bil
And my large account's force attack is only 3.4 bil higher

Don't think the skill points on hero strength are of any influence though.

The skill points on attack should have a small minor influence. But like plavine said, it is based on raw stats of the units you have on your toons. One of them will probably have better stats units (probably from box quests, epic boss loot drops, and so on).
