Hi there, sorry you're having a problem playing the game. I recommend double checking your phone's connection strength. If your connection is strong and stable, I suggest contacting Customer Support about this so they can assist you.

Thanks for your help Relic :) Gaeb did get his account back. So at least those who encounter error code 100204 will be relieved to know after a week you should get your account back - any missed rewards etc -- still pending - but good to know with due diligence and ticket your account will sync back. Stability errors Gree needs to address!
