Any one eles having problems switching between accounts ? I'm on android

No probs switching accts on iOS.

It does nothing when I press the switch account button. Hope they still linked to my phone as I have no way of linking them again as I don't have the device's they the come from anymore

Try deleting and reinstalling CC. You won't lose anything but time; all data is kept server-side.

I now have an issue after reinstalling. The game won't load up. Gets around 1/3 of the way up the loading screen and won't go any further. Iv tyred installing it again and as it won't load in I carnt send in a ticket

Are you sure you operating system is up to date?

Still unable to get on the game and no reply from customer support for 6 days. Can a mod please look in to this. Ticket number #2438162

Have you checked if you have enough space on your device to install & load CC?

Check if your google play store app is up to date, on both my devices (droid) I had to update the google store to get CC to load a few days ago. Hope that helps

Thanks I will do that in the morning. Yea I have enuf space on my phone also have 32gb sd card

Check if your google play store app is up to date, on both my devices (droid) I had to update the google store to get CC to load a few days ago. Hope that helps
How do you update play store ?

Open google play app, then go to my apps and look to see if you have in that list an app called "Google Play Games" that's what I had to update to get cc to open

Yes, same here. 2 android devices, same google account, only 1 game shows when I hit "switch".
Latest google play installed.
A real bummer because one device is no longer supported by gree starting from june 1st.

If you run into issues anyway please send in one ticket to support clearly stating what you are trying to do. They help players with account transfers often.
