I sent in a ticket, and got this reply:

It will never happen.

Also, the chest structure makes no sense. The Common items in the Champion chest are Rare items in the Hero chest? Gree logic.

This is to give us a better chance to get good items, but it sucks if you get a rare instaed of a common. Happend to me.

If they change the stats on this item, it should be for all of them in your inventory.

Still not fixed, I sent in a ticket and they closed it. But still it is not fixed.

Yes. please do send tickets for this and I'm sorry that this is an ongoing issue. The team is still working on resolving this; however, it's always good to submit tickets when an issue continues so it can remain high on their priority list.

Still not fixed. Looks like this is another case of Gree ignoring us, hoping we will forget.

Just got a reply from Carmen, She says it's fixed, but when I chenk my inventory, I still have 4 woodland Staffs at 5/2

'It's fixed' is gree-language for 'the number of tickets/day is low enough to ignore the problem'....
