Raiding Issue using 2 stamia points instead of 1

I was raiding an Alexandria Villa when I noticed when I attacked the building it was taking 2 stamina points instead of 1. Anyone seeing this also?

I believe level 11 and above buildings require 2 stamina to raid.

L11 and above buildings require 2 Stamina points to raid. Fact.

It also states at the bottom of the screen, 2 or 1 stamina when raiding.
