It is laggy and "working as intended" so that we accidentally tap the wrong thing and use up whatever gold we may have!

I'm playing with iPad air2, iPad 3rd gen and iPhone 5. Lag is awful on all 3, not noticeably different. ruining the only event I can still be bothered with in this disaster of a game.

Worst part about the lag is when trying to take the last node and 250 deploys sit there for 2 minutes.

Get a new strategy. Dominate the entire match from start to finish. No need to steal at the end that way.

After playing for a few wars it appears the lag isn't actually as bad as it seems. The lag seems to be more from my device than the server side, because if I quickly close and open FL again all my deploys are instantly dropped, bit like a dump button :)

In fact I quite like how it plays now, it feels I'm a little more in control of deploys.

Only thing I have found is that purchasing units mid battle is a gamble to how long it'll take.

It's been fun intansantly deploying 20 mil on a node from 3 players with the lag, would have loved to see the faces on the the other teams. Oh I suppose we won't be able to wait till the last min now, which I actually don't mind no strategy dumping in the last min.

When the game starts lagging on me, it's usually because my storage is almost full. After I delete a bunch of "stuff" (which may or may not be pornographic in nature) and free up space...it's all good after that.

Absolutely maddening. Sometimes 60-90 seconds to deploy. And phone processing/memory is not the issue. Using a new iPhone 6 here, with all other apps closed.
