We declared war at 2:00 pm EDT and had taken out the guardian. I came back, and there was a splash screen saying we had lost the war. Now it is back to the Declare War Screen. What the heck? We were winning according to one member.

Are we stuck with what points have been scored and the losses?? I think the wins and losses need to be reset or some compensation for them. Some members used health potions and it turned out to be for nothing when the wars ended after 6 minutes.

I understand that mistakes happen, but GREE needs to fix this as best they can. Giving free battle refills every day of this war would be a start. Free refills would go some way toward helping players make up thousands of lost points in these first messed up battles.

If you used health refills and you had an issue with hits not counting or missing please submit a ticket, the support team will help you out.

Don't do mass awards of free refills, please. No doubt most of those asking for them are in guilds larger than mine. We have a hard enough time keeping up without Gree giving away twice the benefit to a guild twice our size

We suspect that as the fix went through, if you were already in a 6 minute war, the clock shows 54 minutes left but your war already ended. Once this war ends and the next one begins, you should be back to normal. Please post here if that is the case and our sincerest apology that this happened.

Funny how you edited this post after tickets were sent and canned responses of sorry no refund was given by customer support. Gotta love when a moderator of the forum supported by the game says one thing, customer service says another, then the mod back tracks. So basically no compensation for the 3 hour mess up. Please leave feedback.

Your doing pretty well , I have 50%? Points bonus on my level 192 . I'm hitting a 228 and can't break 500 points

Before we started getting cp bonus awards, my typical score was in the 200s now it ranges from 300-600. A huge difference. There were lots of posts about low cp for the level 200s (the leveling penalty)
Early on, we matched a top 10 guild and I saw a score around 1000, so the new bonus seems to work also.

We just got a legendary match now, and I've scored up to 1352 cp on a single hit

Yeah - we got one against lords of Virginia - they were 1 place below us - we both scored 100k and a few of my sub 200 level players scored 1200+ hitting a level 228
