I bought a vault today gree took my payment but i didn't get my vault.

You will have to contact Gree but they will just tell you to contact apple or Google that's what they told me I never got my truckload or got a refund off Apple hope you get luckier and get your gold

There is a little trick you can do to get it. Anyone remember what it is. I am having a blank. There is a little process you can try before you right it off.

This happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I sent in a ticket and i got my gold the next day.

I think if you got to the stage of putting your password in again in forced it through. It is in another one of these threads about gold not working. Nothing works around here as it should

If you're on iOS you can go and re-buy gold. But like Bam Bam said, go up until you enter your password, then cancel.
That used to work before on iOS. Hope it helps.
