Hello, I have recently gotten a new phone and lost my old one which had all my crime city data on it. Since i have lost my old phone i cannot get the transfer code which is required to transfer onto my new phone. I was hoping maybe i could get a transfer code from you guys and hopefully get my account back.

Send in a ticket from your new account with that info ^^
They will step you thru it... might take a week or two or three.

If you bought gold for your old account, they'll request to see those receipts.

Send the help request in through the game so they know your new device.

Sometimes they're super fast restoring accounts, like within a day, and sometimes they're super slow, like almost a month.

Hopefully for you it's the former this time. Good luck man.
