RB player dmg versus EB Cash attack

a QA on raid boss used to be the same as a cash hit on epic boss. I understand that EB was changed so that the cash hit is now 133% of raw stats instead of 100%. But now i'm doing 50% of my cash hit on the current raid boss so 67% of raw stats instead of 100%.

Why the sudden change? Care to shime in if this is working as expected? Instead of increasing boss health you will now be reducing our attack power?

Actually, for the last EB the cash hit was raw atk * 1.33 * mafia atk bonus (if any). Bear in mind if your mafia atk bonus is, say +140%, you would actually multiply by 2.4, not 1.4.
