I have collected 10/10 to receive the incriminating shooter but the last piece of the 8 lockbox items won't show up.

There's one for everybody. I'd have killed for one of your chargers for instance... it just would not come. Finally got it on one of my accounts in the last but one opening. The other is still up in the air.
