It was a simple copy and paste to the Mods when I link them the thread, which already had the ticket number. With yours it was different, but the people to contact is the same (they go to Clementine, Relic or Bolt).

Me, I'm amazed they can recall (find?) their Ticket Numbers.
I also wonder what was in those goll durn tickets.
Is the fact Gree has failed to respond in a timely manner evidence of some sort of SNAFU- or just general incompetence?
