Syndicates are usually locked one hour after war/SA I believe.

They are unlocked now as I was able to leave syndicate at 5 when the ltq started

I tried that with the leader of my old one and got kicked out for it.

Fun fact! First ban I ever received (chill, mods, it was a year ago from CJ) was from acting CJ.
