View Full Version : Server error like crazy

Almost every time I kill a mob and get a Coliseum box or an Oakenfang Orb as a drop, I then get a "server error". My energy resets, my loot resets and I lose any boxes or orbs that have dropped. This is happening on multiple iPads.

What's the deal? It's is making it pretty hard to play the game completely.

Yes, please can you fix this GREE. I'm sick of having to exit the game, to have to kill all the mobs again. It's really frustrating in the LTQs

I only get this error when I am playing on my phone as my character from my iPad. It seems somehow KA gets confused into thinking that the original player on a device is playing when it is your other account playing . This is the only answer I can think of . I never got this error until I syched my accounts through game center then started toggling between my two accounts .

Yes, that could make sense of it. I will try to remember which account belongs where and try that, thanks. 😊

That doesn't help me as one of the old devices has gone (off to the "hardware recycle land; never to be heard from again"). So there is no going to the correct device to play on.

Please, GREE look into fixing this issue.

Are you sure your wifi signal is strong enough?
Usually when I get server errors but the app doesn't crash, my wifi is weak.

My app crashes every time I complete a goal or kill a boss or look at somebody's profile or attack or raid or go to a map, etc...

BTW, you should send in a ticket if you haven't already.

Lol, don't pick on Relic. He's the only one who ever talks to us!
I believe that he always tells us the truth as he knows it. I have the feeling that Gree doesn't communicate with him much better than they communicate with us.

Any update on this? It is getting to be really a pain in the back side to keep having to do quest steps over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again because of some stupid error....

Having the same issue here. 2 accounts, both getting the same "server error" messages. I think I have beaten the LTQ twice already but am still on 12/20 heroic on both due to kills being reset

Same problem here with 2 accounts, the server error (reset) is making the game nearly unplayable.
Removed KA, also from Game Center and reinstalled it: no difference.

Hopefully this helps. I have only one account with Game Center. I do receive server errors, but nothing really happens. Seems to be affecting those with multiple accounts.

I think you're right. My main account on the device gives the server error problems, my 'new' account on Game Center and device works normally.

Not in my case I don't toggle my iPad and iPhone thru Game center and get the error all the time.

Very frustrating to lose your kills and half my energy is lost and not restored.

WiFi strength not an issue very strong so can't blame it on my case.
