Prestige Faction war room: Daiko mountains 11/15 (deploy 61,200,000)

and

Faction War Room: Daiko Mountain 3/4 (control 3 nodes)


We did not receive the prizes for them, nor did they advance. We would like to get to 15/15 to get the unit that most factions are chasing.

I doubt we will ever get a response even during the weekday, this is just in case a moderator would be kind enough to push it through and get an update on monday. Its why im being polite and haven't freaked out yet.

My avatar is still missing in cyberspace since mid March. The ticket is escalated but that's all. I can't play. I am missing tons of new prizes. And NOTHING is being done about it.

Happened again......completed events however we weren't awarded the rewards at 14/15 and 4/4

My faction just completed 13/15 but it's still in our goals folder and we didn't receive the reward for it.

Makes moving forward difficult.

I've sent a ticket (#2368112) but it's the weekend and Gree won't be open until tomorrow. I doubt it will be resolved before Frontline ends.

My faction completed the goals in question but it took awhile too update.

Well, I heard from Gree, so someone is there today.

Two wars to get reward for 13/15. The last war, we had enough points to win and get the reward 14/15 IF Gree had rewarded 13/15 when we won it. I've asked Gree to acknowledge our wins and give us the rewards we've earned.

No one should have to repeat a lvl in order to win it. It just stretches this out so we have to spend more money and/or gold to get to the end.

We had the same issue !
We planned the entire event on the completion of that Prestige faction war room objective and on our first attempt on 13/15 (75.6m deploys required) we deployed over 115m, gott the whole map and scored over 160 total points....
whoooohooooooooo.......
oh, whait.....
nah....13/15 objective still there to be accomplished.

we deployed over 120m in the further two battles, unfortunately those have been recorded as 13/15 and 14/15 done!
