I think they broke it up for that reason, but there are still an LTQ or two that might overlap.

If an event does not start up on time, they could push the start time and end time and then it will overlap!

Just a guess on what it means:

TKR-1001: First Contact April 9-10: Easy & Normal
TKR-1001: Second Sighting April 15-17: Prestige
TKR-1001: Final Conflict April 19 -22: Farm ( Masters )

Word of Warning - don't dump all your folders at once. The RB event has never been split up like this before. Hold back some folders until round 2 launches just to be sure your faction doesn't lose it's folders when round 2 launches... who knows - this may be set up so we have to scrounge for folders again each time a round ends.

The same folder will be used for all three phases so you can indeed hold on to extras for the next phase. I hope this helps.

From what I've been told, the tier system hasn't changed, it should work the same as what you're used to from previous raid bosses.
