Coliseum Clash Wrapper Rewards Requirements

My guild completed the three days of clashes. I have checked with four guild members and all but one have received the wrapper reward Coliseum Champion. What were the requirements for getting this reward? I wanted to make sure they were met before putting in a ticket for the member missing the reward.

Any explanation from gree, is this something they have to fix... What?

We had 3 24hr periods to do 5 parts each day ranging from 175 pvp attacks upto 1000 pvp attacks, I have checked and have the infantry unit 23m ATTACK hope that helps

The fact is we have the 3 Arena Mage but no the wrapper prize and i am not the only one in my guild.

That is really bad, i'd like to get what i've played for and before war starts :)

No one in ours have said they have not got it but a few don't speak but guess quite a few tickets were sent in
