The lack of answers or response from anyone from GREE is just lazy or incompetent?

Should we just submit thousands of tickets to GREE with our questions instead?

I wish I could find the number to their Human Resources and ask if they have anyone in their Customer Support Department or if they got rid of their Community Managers or if they ever filled the job for Quality Control because from all of the recent screw up, they haven't.

You can try and leave a comment on their blog page. They probably have it disabled!

Not every thread will require a response, and there are often some instances in which we do not have an answer. Additionally, please remember that we have multiple games to support, and only three of us, one of which just joined last week and will take some time to learn all the ins and outs. We would love to have a dozen new people to cover all the games at all hours of the day, but we must work with what we have been given.

Finally, posts/threads that do not add any value, are posted with the intent to cause unrest, or are found to be severely non-constructive, like this one, will be locked or removed.
