I'm sure we are all quite aware that we all start at 175/250 deploy at the start of Street Assault. Most of the time I miss the start of SA's in favor of bed and usually wake up at about 240/250 or somewhere around that. But this time, I woke up late as usual to find out I will start at 175/250. Has gree made any changes to this or is this another bug?

You need to go in game at the beginning of SA to trigger your deploy increase.
